My name is Vasco, I am 25 years old, I work as a freelance Web Designer, I am a basketball coach and I am currently finishing the course of technical specialist in physical exercise and preparing me to take my Level 1 of CrossFit Coaching!

 For some time now I have not discovered a new passion and it was exactly in CrossFit that I came to discover this new stage in my life. I’ve played basketball for 16 years and I’ve been practicing for about 9 years now and I see myself trading all the time in the field for a whole range of functional moves from Olympic gymnastics! 

  I love helping people and it is with this same goal that I want to have the Level 1 of CrossFit Coach, I want to help people overcome and achieve their individual goals! Since I usually walk a lot in the box I hope you do not hesitate to ask me for some help or information about whatever it is or even just say hello and talk a bit, because I am always willing to share what I know.

  I can hardly wait to start training all our athletes from the box and watch them grow in our Box and in this sport we all love and live intensely!
